Volunteer Lead Person
This person will be the point of contact for volunteers, making sure all areas are covered.
Sponsorship Lead Person
This person will be responsible for getting event sponsorships.
Online Registration
This person will be responsible for managing online registration.
Registration Table
Signing in and out participants. Accounting for the children and not allowing them to leave without parent signing them out. Parents are required to come inside the facility to sign their children in and out.
Team Leader
Team Leaders will be assigned a group of girls.
You are with that group the entire span of the day.
You are responsible for the girls in your group.
Engage with youth, making the event exciting for them.
Session Host
Assisting the speaker as needed
Distributing and collecting surveys at the end of each session
Cleaning room after each session
Greeters/ Cheerleaders
Our goal is to make every attendee feel embraced and valued. To achieve this, cheerleaders will be stationed at the entrance to welcome participants with smiles and enthusiastic cheers, creating a sense of belonging from the very start.
Hallway/Bathroom Monitor
Making sure the girls are not roaming the hallways and staying in their designated area.
Setup and Breakdown
Assisting with decor setup and breakdown of event (more details to come)
