Showcase your amazing products and services at the Women and Girls Empowerment Summit on Saturday, June 28, at 10 am, Claflin University Student Center! The vendor fee is $35 (nonrefundable) for non-sponsors. To make the day extra special for our attendees, we're asking each vendor to contribute a door prize. Our goal is for every girl to leave as a winner! Let’s work together to make this summit unforgettable!

Note: To maintain fairness and provide opportunities for all vendors, we allow only one vendor per service or product category.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own material and supplies. Table and chair will be provided.

Liability Waiver

In consideration of my application and the privilege of participating in this event, I hereby take the following actions on behalf of myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns:

(A) I voluntarily waive, release, and discharge all liability for any personal injury, disability, property damage, theft, or any actions that may arise during my participation in this event, including but not limited to Claflin University, The S.A.F.E. Organization, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, event sponsors, and event volunteers.

(B) I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all entities and individuals mentioned in the above paragraph from any liabilities or claims that may be asserted by other individuals or entities due to my actions at this event.

By completing this form, I agree to the terms of this liability waiver.
